Are you an authorised Isuzu dealership?+
Yes. Bates Motors is a fully authorised Isuzu dealership offering new vehicle sales, servicing and genuine parts for all Isuzu vehicles, bakkies and trucks alike.
What does your Level 1 B-BBEE status mean for my business?+
Bates Motors is a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor, 100% black owned and 65% black women owned. If your business buys vehicles, parts or servicing from us, you can claim 135% procurement recognition on your own B-BBEE scorecard, the highest recognition possible from a supplier.
Can I book a test drive?+

Do you sell and service Isuzu trucks?+
Yes, the full range. N-Series medium trucks, F-Series heavies and the FX/FY extra-heavy range, plus servicing and genuine parts for all of them. Fleet consultations welcome.
Do you take trade-ins?+
Bring your current vehicle past and we'll value it. WhatsApp us photos and details first if you want a head start on the conversation.
Can you help with vehicle finance?+
Yes. We'll assist with your finance application and run it through the banks and Isuzu Finance to find you the best structure. Bring your ID, driver's licence, proof of income and three months' bank statements.
Do you sell used vehicles?+
We do. Our pre-owned floor covers bakkies, SUVs and trucks. Check the Used Cars page or WhatsApp us for the current stock list, it changes weekly.
Why should I use genuine Isuzu parts?+
Genuine parts are built and tested for your exact vehicle, protect your warranty, and hold your resale value. Cheap parts are only cheap until they let you down with a full load on.
